In November 2013 Brendan spoke at the Mediators Institute of Ireland Conference, Mediation Across Boundaries: From the Personal to the Global.

His presentation was entitled: "All Change: Workplace Mediation Developments in Ireland and the UK". It was a well-attended session and the feedback was very positive.
